The terms behind our service engagements.

Sellnex Solution provides e-commerce marketplace management, catalog support, marketplace optimization, advertising support, account operations, website development, branding, and related digital services.

The exact services provided to a client depend on the selected service plan, scope of work, engagement terms, and requirements agreed between Sellnex and the client.

Services may include marketplace account setup, catalog management, product listing support, marketplace SEO, advertising support, account monitoring, order and return coordination, brand content, website development, graphic design, and other agreed digital services.

The scope, deliverables, timelines, and applicable fees may vary depending on the selected service and client requirements.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, product information, documentation, approvals, assets, and other materials reasonably required to deliver the agreed services.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that their products, claims, listings, documents, trademarks, content, and business activities comply with applicable laws and the policies of the marketplaces on which they operate.

Delays caused by incomplete information, unavailable approvals, marketplace-side actions, or circumstances outside Sellnex's reasonable control may affect delivery timelines.

Some services may require a client to authorize Sellnex to access seller accounts, dashboards, catalogs, advertising tools, reports, or related business systems.

Such access will be used only for the agreed service scope and to the extent reasonably necessary to provide the services.

Clients remain responsible for ensuring that all access and permissions provided to Sellnex are properly authorized.

Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, AJIO, Etsy, JioMart, Walmart, WooCommerce, and other marketplaces are independent third-party platforms.

Marketplace approval decisions, listing approvals, account reviews, suspensions, fees, search ranking, advertising systems, category restrictions, policy enforcement, and other platform decisions remain under the control of the respective marketplace.

Sellnex does not guarantee marketplace approval, reinstatement, a specific ranking position, a particular sales volume, advertising return, conversion rate, or other specific business outcome.

Where services involve Amazon or another marketplace, Sellnex intends to perform the agreed services in accordance with applicable platform requirements and the client's authorized instructions.

Clients remain responsible for complying with marketplace terms and for ensuring that their products, business information, documentation, and activities meet applicable platform requirements.

Sellnex does not represent itself as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, or any other marketplace unless specifically authorized to do so.

Service fees depend on the selected plan, scope, duration, and requirements of the engagement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, applicable service fees are payable in advance.

Third-party costs such as marketplace fees, advertising spend, payment gateway charges, domain or hosting charges, shipping expenses, and other external costs are separate unless specifically included in the agreed scope.

Refund eligibility depends on the selected service, engagement terms, stage of work, and any written agreement between Sellnex and the client.

Services that have already been commenced, completed, or delivered may not be refundable except where otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law.

Third-party fees, marketplace charges, advertising spend, transaction fees, and other external costs are not automatically refundable by Sellnex.

Any approved refund will be processed using the applicable payment method and within the processing period communicated by Sellnex.

Advertising support may include campaign planning, setup, monitoring, optimization, reporting, and related activities.

Advertising outcomes depend on factors including product demand, competition, pricing, listing quality, marketplace conditions, budget, account history, and platform algorithms.

Sellnex does not guarantee a fixed advertising return, sales figure, revenue level, ranking position, or number of orders.

Clients retain ownership of materials and information supplied by them, subject to any applicable third-party rights.

Deliverables created specifically for a client as part of a paid engagement may be provided for the client's business use after applicable payments are completed, subject to the agreed scope.

Third-party trademarks, marketplace logos, software, platform content, and other third-party intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Sellnex will take reasonable steps to keep non-public client business information confidential and use it only for legitimate service or business purposes.

Confidentiality obligations do not generally apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, lawfully received from another source, or required to be disclosed by law.

Sellnex will make reasonable efforts to provide services as agreed, but cannot control marketplace outages, platform changes, third-party service failures, internet disruptions, governmental actions, or other events outside its reasonable control.

Website content, service descriptions, pricing, processes, and availability may be updated from time to time.

Either party may request termination of an ongoing engagement subject to the applicable service terms or written agreement.

Outstanding amounts for services already performed or approved commitments may remain payable after termination.

Upon termination, marketplace access or other account access provided to Sellnex for service delivery may be removed in an orderly manner.

These Terms & Conditions are intended to be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India.
